One of our family favorites is to saute asparagus in Guarino Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a frying pan (10-15 minutes covered), remove and place on a plate. In the same pan, add and warm more olive oil then saute slightly breaded cod in the oil turning once (cook 4 to 6 minutes per side), place the cooked asparagus on top the cooked fish to combine flavors, drizzle olive oil on top, add a dash of sea salt and serve. So simple, so fast, so delicious and healthy.
Or try slicing brussel sprouts in half, place them on a cookie sheet, spoon several tablespoons of Guarino Extra Virgin Olive Oil over them, add salt and pepper and your done.
